FAQ

Fair questions, straight answers.

What Weave does, what it never does without you, and how to get your hands on it.

What is Weave, in one sentence?

Weave is an autonomous work management platform: its agents watch the work happening in the tools you already use and handle the coordination around it (boards, status, and follow-ups stay current and everyone stays in the know) so your team spends its time on the job it was hired for, not the work about work.

Does Weave replace our project tracker?

Weave becomes the coordination surface (the Lattice is where boards, tickets, and health live) while your other tools keep their jobs. Slack, GitHub, Figma, Gmail and the rest stitch in so work is detected where it actually happens, and Weave carries the status so nobody has to.

How do the boards stay current without us touching them?

Check a task off and Weave moves the ticket to the right column itself. When a push lands on staging or a deadline drifts close, Weave detects it and tugs you with the move already prepared. One click accepts. You can replay every autonomous status change on the company board card by card (in slow motion, if you like), and everything else Weave does writes itself down as receipts, status logs, and ticket notes.

Will Weave replace anyone on my team?

No. Weave handles the coordination busywork (boards, status, follow-ups, briefs, replies drafted for a person to send) so everyone stays in the know. Your people do the work that matters and make the calls, and your hand always outranks the automation.

Will the AI move things without my permission?

Your hand outranks the automation. Place a card yourself and the automation stands down until the work itself changes. On the company board, Weave asks why and logs your reason for the team. There’s one deliberate exception: Completed never holds open tasks. And because every autonomous move is replayable or receipted, you can always see exactly what Weave did and when.

Can Weave send emails or messages on my behalf?

It gets everything to the one-click mark and stops. Inbox replies are drafted with attachments prepped, but nothing ever leaves without a human pressing Send. Weaver pings to teammates confirm with you first by default, and sending-on-deploy is a switch you flip yourself in Settings, never a default.

What is Moirai?

Moirai is Weave’s voice. Say “Hey Weave” from any tab, or tap the mic, and ask about anything: a ticket, a teammate’s load, an epic’s health. She doesn’t just answer. When she walks you to the work, the screen keeps pace with her voice: boards glide, rows ring, tickets open while she talks. You can talk over her mid-sentence and she stops to listen. You can also assign or reassign work by voice. She names the why, flags overloaded plates, and suggests who has room; the call stays yours.

Does the voice work in every browser?

Her voice is synthesized right in your browser. Chrome and Edge carry the full hands-free conversation, wake phrase included; in Safari, tap the mic and she talks back; everywhere else you type, and she still answers out loud.

What are the ROI projections on tickets?

Every ticket carries a projected return and a prediction accuracy, scored through the attribution lens you pick when you weave a plan, from Bayesian marketing-mix modeling through Shapley values, with tooltips on what each is best suited for. The Loom prices a whole plan before you execute it, and the number you launch on is the number the boards show after. They’re projections to steer with: each one says how confident it is, and which model produced it.

Who sees what?

Weave respects the org chart. Everyone works their own boards and asks Moirai about their own projects; cost and ROI figures (salaries, spend, projected returns in dollars) are visible to the C-suite and department-head lenses only. Percentages are speakable to anyone; the money stays with the people cleared to see it.

How much does Weave cost?

Four plans, all metered the same way: a seat per person plus a monthly AI-token allowance for Weave’s agents. Free is $0 forever, with 3 seats, 1 live loom, and 50k tokens a month. Pro is $12 per seat with 2M tokens; Team is $29 per seat with a 10M pooled allowance, roles, and analytics; Enterprise is a custom annual agreement. Full details at weaveit.ai/pricing. While we’re in early access, the waitlist is the door to every plan.

How do we get access?

Weave is in early access and the first looms are limited. Join the waitlist with your work email and we’ll reach out as spots open. In the meantime you can tour the live demo at demo.weaveit.ai (opens in a new tab) right now, no signup needed.

Have another question?

Ask it here. Moirai answers from what we’ve published.

Still curious? Good.

The demo answers the rest better than any FAQ could. Or grab a spot before the first looms fill.
